Let's walk the talk and help others! Join us for a short, 1.7-mile walk around our parish neighborhood to help those most in need in the community.

"No act of Charity is Foreign to the Society." Your donations benefits people struggling with poverty in Encino, Tarzana, Lake Balboa, Van Nuys, and other parts of the San Fernando Valley. Your donations help with food, utility, car, rental assistance, etc. We help anyone in need regardless of their religion, race, creed, or sexual orientation. Help us build a society of compassion and support.

The walk starts promptly at 9 AM. Please arrive a bit early to check in/register. Mass at 8 AM for any walkers interested in attending and receiving a blessing. There will be light refreshments and a raffle for walkers in attendance.
The Friends of the Poor® Walk is a national event coordinated by the Development Team at the National Council of the United States Society of St. Vincent de Paul.
